2. Services Provided

AgentEmpire.ai provides tools and resources for launching AI agencies, including pre-built AI agents, sales training, and business support.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to use our platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
• You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment for our services is due as outlined at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• No refunds are given once you access our database.
• If you qualify for the Zero-Risk Promise, you may receive extended support as detailed below.

5. Our Zero-Risk Promise

We are committed to your success. If you do not land at least one paying client within 30 days of active participation, we step in to help you make it happen.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the Zero-Risk Promise, you must meet the following conditions:

• Conduct at least 20 sales calls presenting one or more AI agents as a result of your outreach.
• Provide verifiable outreach and calls, including AI-generated reports (e.g., Zoom AI report or other AI tracking tools).
• Submit at least one recorded sales call for review.
• Actively apply the sales strategies and training provided by AgentEmpire.ai.

If all requirements are met and you have not secured a paying client, our team will step in and work with you directly until you do.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on AgentEmpire.ai, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary tools, are owned by the Company and protected under intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services to promote unauthorized or illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our proprietary AI agents.
• Misrepresent results or manipulate performance data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms our business or community.

9. Limitation of Liability

AgentEmpire.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
